Zamkata Fires Torpedoes At Air Asia.

There is a really hot posting on Zamkata today. It is so hot that a virus hit Zam's computer this morning.  Here is an excerpt from "AirAsia gians, rakyat loses"   Do read the full story at Zamkata

From Day 1, Tony Fernandes has been manipulating Malaysian laws and law-makers to his advantage; and each time he gets what he wanted, he gets more arrogant and cocky.

My Comment : Well this was  possible because he had Slumberjack's family, especially the SIL and that crook from Jalan Riong on his side.

The Ministry of Domestic Trade & Consumerism issued guidelines where restaurants, hotels and airlines are forced to list all-inclusive prices, but for a decade AirAsia advertised a non-existent ’fare’ minus many other charges. Also, passengers have been ‘robbed’ of millions due to cancelled flights that are not compensated. Tony Fernandes has very clever ‘reasons’, but the Malaysian rakyat loses.

My comment : Even the delayed flights were bad enough, sometimes delayed for hours. But the cancelled flights have certainly caused people much losses. Not refunding the airfare would be a crime, it is certainly not a favour to refund the fares for cancelled flights. But what about missed appointments, business lost, hotel bookings lost?

The Ministry of Finance vetted, evaluated and decided on airport-taxes and airport-charges. AirAsia refused to pay for years, and openly breaks the gazetted laws. Tony Fernandes has very clever ‘reasons’, but all the while the Malaysian rakyat loses.

The Ministry of Transport supervised and approved the KLIA Master Plan, but AirAsia could override and get their own LCCT built exactly where they wanted, with tax-payers money. Soon, they grumbled that this was not good enough. They wanted their own airport in Negeri Sembilan, regardless of the danger of traffic-control so near to Malaysia’s biggest air-hub. Tony Fernandes has very clever ‘reasons’, but the Malaysian rakyat loses.

My comment : The SIL comes from NS. The MB is the SIL's crony.  Plus the family are shareholders, possibly thru that crook from Jalan Riong. An airport at NS would do wonders for their net worth. Check who bought land around the proposed airport site.  The LCCT was built for about half a billion Ringgit. It is a tin shed - like a huge 1970s bus station. Half a billion? Siapa dapat kontrak?

The Ministry of Federal Territories and Urban Well-being laid out the guidelines for development of KL Sentral as an air-rail hub, and residential units were priced at the top-echelon to the global market. Yet Air Asia can set up a low-cost bus system there against the protests of foreign property-owners, ERL and others who had invested millions. Tony Fernandes has very clever ‘reasons’, but the Malaysian rakyat loses.

My comments : The same links were in place. Itu pasal boleh arrogant.

Malaysia Airlines Rural Air Services was taken away from the people of Sabah and Sarawak and the small private company called FAX caused untold suffering to the peoples with its selfish, restrictive policies. Tony Fernandes has very clever ‘reasons’, but the Malaysian rakyat loses.

My comments : They sapu the aircraft too from MAS. Later after they pulled out, they returned the aircraft in terrible condition. More arrogance. Why? They have cable connections.

Malaysia Airlines :.. In a few weeks, some of Malaysia Airlines’ most profitable routes like Surabaya have been destroyed to give AirAsia a monopoly. Tony Fernandes has very clever ‘reasons’, but the Malaysian rakyat loses.

My comments : The question is siapa yang suruh MAS bagi Surabaya kat Air Asia? Siapa bodoh?  Now Air Asia's nominees are still holding major positions in MAS. Jawatan utama MAS masih dipegang oleh calon Air Asia. Siapa bodoh? MAS Catering dijual kepada keluarga Perdana Menteri Penyamun. Siapa bodoh? 

FlyFirefly.com was financially very successful, and provided Malaysians with affordable and convenient service between West and East Malaysia. This was destroyed because it was threatening AirAsia’s lucrative low-cost monopoly. Tony Fernandes has very clever ‘reasons’, but the Malaysian rakyat loses.

My comments : And we all thought Tony was a clever operator who could survive with free market competition. Rupanya dia guna crony power juga untuk survive. Now they have included Tony in the 'Committee to Reform The Education System'. Maybe 'Commercial Piracy 101' will become required reading? 

Malaysian patriots were fed propaganda that AirAsia is proud of our country ... The main person whom Tony Fernandes has depended on is a Singaporean woman, and all expenditure on aircraft MRO is showered on Singapore. Now, the airline’s main Head Office is in Indonesia, and millions of ringgit will flow there as well. Tony Fernandes has very clever ‘reasons’, but the Malaysian rakyat loses.

My comments : What can we say : Tony is a clever guy. Siapa bodoh? Siapa suruh kita jadi bodoh? Slumberjack's family hold major cables in Air Asia. And Slumberjack is Advisor to MAS ! !  Kucing sudah masuk kedai kari kepala ikan. 

All these are just the tip of the iceberg – for over ten years Malaysians are too scared to speak out due to the “powerful connections” of this wheeler-dealer and Master Manipulator. Tony Fernandes has very clever ‘reasons’, but the Malaysian rakyat loses. When will this end?

My comment : When will this end? This will only end if the PM Dato Najib removes all the pirates from the Cabinet. The Billionaire and multi millionaire Ministers in the Cabinet are all responsible for all this crap. In the Millionaire's Club (aka the Malaysian Cabinet) its 'you scratch my back I scratch your back. Lu jangan kacau projek saya, saya tak kacau projek lu'. Otherwise how can Air Asia get LCCT terminal, get Surabaya, get Sabah & Sarawak? 

Akhir kalam : Siapa bodoh? Dont blame Tony Fernandes - he is just being clever. When we are stupid, other people will take advantage of us.  

Now Tony is in Jakarta. Do you think Tony can do the same thing in Jakarta? The quick answer : Of course he can. How? Bisa diatur Pak. Ini kan Indonesia.  Do you think Indons will be  'out of place'  at QPR games?  Bisa di atur Pak. Bisa di atur.   They can take the seats occupied by Amok, Danny and the other dunggus.  Siapa pandai, siapa bodoh?
